What to Expect on an ABBA themed hen do?

Start with a quick warm up to loosen up your muscles then it’s time for the real thing. You could be dancing to a variety of ABBA favourites from Mamma Mia, Take a Chance on Me and Dancing Queen!  In small sections you will learn different dance moves that will be put together into one amazing dance routine that all the hens will do together.

  • Rehearse the dance moves individually

Planning a ABBA themed hen party? Our ABBA themed dance class combines timeless ABBA hits with expertly choreographed moves.  Let us help you create a wonderful ABBA themed hen do. Your hen party will learn dance moves that you can take onto the dance floor on the hen night. So come on, party like Agnetha, Björn, Benny and Anni-Frid.

What Do You Wear to an ABBA Themed Dance Party?

Make sure to bring comfortable clothing, gym wear & trainers. Or, go all out and dress up in glittery tops, jumpsuits, blue eye make-up, or anything ABBA themed you want!  Maybe try dressing up in one of Björn and Benny onesies or Agnetha's famous headscarves. Think 1970's..

Is this Dance Class Influenced by the Mamma Mia film series?

It can be! The standard ABBA dance class uses songs from the bands’ discography. However, our instructors can adapt the session to be based on the film instead. Let us know which you would prefer, and we’ll create a routine that Donna and the Dynamos would be proud of!

Thank you so much for organising the Abba dance class. Everyone loved it, so much so that the bridesmaids are planning to reprise the routine for the actual wedding itself!!! It was a topic of conversation in the office for days after and we did some of the "moves" at the afternoon "do". It was right up the bride's street and certainly allowed the rest of us to eat and drink plenty afterwards , just to keep up the energy levels!!
Thank you once again and I will be in contact again when I need to book the next "do"
