Start the experience off with a fun and energetic warm up to get your hearts pumping. Once you have warmed your muscles up, you will be able to start learning some rock n roll themed dance moves. These dance moves will be practised until you have got them figured out, and then they will be put into a fully choreographed dance routine for you to all perform.
What Do You Wear?
Make sure to bring comfortable clothing, gym wear & trainers. Go all out if you like with chains, big boots and black eyeliner for that Rockstar look.
